All our products are 100% authentic and mainly sourced directly from Italy with some items from the UK through our purchasing agents. All items come with original dustbags and papers/cards to prove authenticity.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes of course! We understand that not all customers are comfortable with buying online so we can process your orders over the phone. Simply phone us up between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and place your order with one of our sales staff.
Can I pay with cash, postal orders or a cheque?
We accept all methods of payment to suit every need. If you would like to pay with one of the above methods simply call or email us to place your order and send us the payment via post. Our address can be found here
Can I have my order sent to another address?
We can send your purchases to alternate addresses but we must receive proof of billing address from the purchaser to avoid the potential of fraud. Unfortunately fraud is a major problem with online purchasing so we must imply these measures to help combat it.
How are you able to sell these goods at such low prices?
The two main reasons as to how we can sell these goods at reduced rates are as follows. Our company purchase in bulk so we are able to push the suppliers prices down and pass these savings onto you. Secondly we have very low overheads as we operate an internet e-business only and therefore are not adding the cost of rent/water/electricity etc onto the products which all shops do.
Do you prices include VAT?
All our prices include VAT at 17.5%.
Do you ship goods internationally?
We will send our products all over the world, distance is no object. International customers can either call us and place an order over the phone or order online. The full price list of international shipping can be found here.
Which currencies do you accept as payment?
The products on our site can be viewed in Great British Pounds, Euro's, United States Dollars and Canadian Dollars. This is so that international customers can view the products in their own currency. However when purchasing we only accept payment in Great British Pounds (GBP).
