Your item is guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase and we will happily offer a full refund or exchange if the item has not been tampered with or defected in any way. When returning items please ensure they are sent in their original condition and packaging/tags, free from tears, rips, stains and odours. We will not exchange or refund items that have been worn or used. All returns must be sent via recorded delivery. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
